Payment plan during construction
Auditable construction milestones. Each payment released upon certification.

Unit handover + DEWA certificate + Ejari (rental registration if applicable).

Operating rental
Property management if you delegate. Net yield after service charges.

Active secondary market in prime zones. Capital gains with no local withholding in the UAE.
